We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

No refunds will be given for services or gift cards.

Salon arrival

You will be required to fill out a consultation form upon first arrival to salon. Please state any/all ailments, allergies, medications, or pregnancy, this is for your own safety.

The time that we book for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will not run over time into another client’s appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment at full price, change of treatment, or your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Group bookings

Any group bookings of more than 3 people will be required to fill out our group contract form and put down a deposit.

Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to the nail studio salon. Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a bit unpredictable, and emergencies can arise. Therefore, we require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time which results in loss of revenue to our business. It also means that other clients on our waiting list or that we had to turn away miss the opportunity to receive a service they’ve been waiting to book.

We send out text and/or email reminders 3 days and 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the missed appointment prior to booking another appointment. If there is a 2 occurrence we will no longer be able to see you as a client.

Failure to reschedule or cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in being charged 50% of the appointment prior to rebooking your appointment. If you fail to honor this more than 3 times we will no longer book you here at the Nail Studio.

**** Effective February 2018 services greater than 2.5 hours will require you to cancel or reschedule a week before your appointment. Failure to do so can result in being charged 50% of the appointment prior to rebooking your appointment.

Services that are greater than 2.5 hours or $75.00 will be required to put down a 25% deposit of the total service amount at the time of booking.

We hope that our guests understand that our time, like yours, is valuable. With too many cancellations and no shows our business can suffer.
